Difficulty Losing Weight

Body weight depends on type of food, timing of eating, and how the body works.  The right food for the body at the right time helps weight loss.  Inflammation  from many causes (infections to toxicity) can  slow down the body's metabolism and cause weight gain.  Fixing the causes of inflammation and eating the right food at the right time will help with weight loss. If there are issues with the metabolism, the metabolism can be  worked with  to help it be better.
