Up to 1 in 5 people who have had Covid experience Long Covid based on a CDC article in June 2022.  They are not feeling better even after Covid has supposedly left their system. The covid affects the ACE2 receptor which affects lot of parts of the body such as the ears, blood vessels, heart, nervous system, and the energy system.

You could go to an academic long covid center and see a specialist for each problem you have or you can see someone who has treated Long covid in an integrative manner and knows how the body works. I can give an overview of what is going on with your body and help implement a strategy to get you better. The care for someone with Long Covid has to be coordinated and intentional; more health care, if uncoordinated, may not be useful.

Long Covid

Based on a CDC article in June 2022, one in five individuals who have contracted Covid-19 may suffer from Long Covid.

These individuals continue to experience symptoms long after the virus has supposedly left their system. The covid virus affects the ACE2 receptor which affects many parts of the body such as the brain, blood vessels, heart, nervous system, and the energy system.

You could go to your local HMO provider and visit their academically based long covid center, where you would have to see a different specialist for each problem you have…

OR you can see someone who has successfully treated Long covid in an integrative manner and knows how the body's system works.

This coordinated approach maps out individualized plans for managing existing issues, while optimizing overall quality of life going forward.

The care for someone with Long Covid has to be coordinated and intentional.

Schedule an appointment today, and I can give you an overview of what is going on with your body and help implement a strategy to get you better.
